This page contains information relating to the register enhancements that will be released throughout 2025.

Each register will be updated to provide a more friendly user interface; more fields to record information, an ability to enter new records rather than overwrite previous and further enhancements based on user requests. 



Inspections Register

The inspections register is an important function in StrataMax to maintain previous and upcoming inspections whether these are inspections completed by external companies or non compliance inspections such as site visits by account managers.

Some key aspects of the enhancements are:

  • New interface
  • Ability to record multiple records for an inspection category
  • Attached multiple documents & images to a record
  • Ability to record the creditor & additional participants
  • Ability to record & track any issues identified during an inspection
  • Ability to attach documents & images to a recorded issue
  • Functions to merge categories & inspection types to assist with consistency
  • Account Group (Multi OC) filters
