Chatbot - Meeting Documentation
Meeting documents often contain extensive information that a manager may not be familiar with for various reasons, such as onboarding a new building or appointing a new account manager. Soon, integrated within the StrataMax Portal, your team members will be able to use text chat to quickly query meeting documents. Some of the functions included:
- Integrated with DocMax documents.
- Chat style interface allowing follow-up queries, refinement of what is being asked.
- Limit queries based on buildings and date ranges.
- Answers provided including links to the documentation that was used to provide the answer, along with a document preview.
AI Assistant
This will initially be released as a preview feature, and is subject to change.
Use the AI Assistant directly from the Outlook add-in or the StrataMax Managers Portal to query a wide range of data available in StrataMax to assist with emails and if required compose new emails or draft replies for you.
AI Invoice Data Capture
StrataMax is exploring AI-driven solutions to streamline invoice data entry. By integrating with DocMax, we aim to reduce manual effort, while ensuring work queues are available to efficiently validate AI-captured data and fill in any missing fields.
