This month, we're shining a spotlight on Arrears and Creditors, along with important information regarding Card Surcharging.

For clients that already use the StrataPay levy deposit slip service, a new field to accept cards will be available from version 5.6.159.

Creditors & Arrears

You should now have access to the NEW Creditor Invoices and Work Queues as well as the enhancements to Arrears Management.

It is time to make sure that you are across the changes, stop using the old functionality and use the feedback options if you have any thoughts / suggestions. If you notice reasons you are using the old – please make sure to let us know so we can provide instructions or help.

Currently you have access to old and new, to help with phasing out the old – you may soon notice a message letting you know that the old will be retired, this is expected to be switched to the NEW only as at the 1^st of October - so now is the time to check out the new enhancements.

Creditor Invoices: Work Queues to Transactions

Why should I register for this session?

The new Creditor Invoices areas are now available to most clients. In this session, you will explore the refreshed Creditor Invoice interface, understand the differences between the Preview and Work Queues areas, and learn about the latest enhancements. Discover how to create invoices directly from DocMax, use Bill to Owner to bill second debtors, and process invoices using old-year dates, including how this functionality can be disabled. You will also learn the difference between editing and reversing a transaction, and where to complete each action.

Why should I register for this session?

Enhancements to bulk updating.

Managing inspection types across multiple buildings can be time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies. In StrataMax 5.6.157, the new Inspections Bulk Upload functionality has been introduced to streamline this process, allowing users to search, select, update, and standardise inspection records across multiple buildings at once. During this webinar, we'll explore the new bulk maintenance tools, demonstrate how to efficiently apply changes across large datasets, and review the validation controls that help ensure data integrity throughout the update process.

Understand the purpose and benefits of the new Inspections Bulk Upload feature and when to use it.
Navigate to the Bulk Change Inspection Types screen and access the bulk management tools.

Arrears Management has now moved to Report Distribution, bringing a more flexible approach to managing arrears notices and fees. Join this session to learn how to make the most of the new functionality, understand the key changes from the previous process, and ensure your team is set up for success. We'll walk through the Key differences from the previous arrears workflow and demonstrate best practices and show you how these updates can improve consistency and efficiency across your arrears management processes.
