Moving Toward Smarter Communication
As the industry continues to shift toward faster, more efficient electronic communication, label printing is used far less often than it once was. With that in mind, Label Printing will be retired in a future update. The icon will remain in your menu for now, but when selected, it will display a short notice explaining the change and pointing to Report Distribution as the preferred place to manage recipient details and export the same data.
In the meantime, you can continue producing labels through Label Printing, and you can also export the recipient data from Report Distribution for use with native label printing in applications like Microsoft Word. The notice is also there to help us identify anyone who still relies on label printing, so we can support you as we plan the transition.

Small changes that make a big difference
You can make a big impact with a small change in the Roll. If a lot shows multiple contacts, you can update all their correspondence settings in one place using Edit Correspondence Preference. This gives you quick, easy control over how levies and correspondence are delivered.
