StrataMax has designed some reports that are not currently available from the interface however can be provided via email on a weekly basis on request. The reports use data from various areas of the systems with the purpose of providing an overview of the portfolio.

Building Health Data
The Building Health report is emailed weekly to subscribed users, based on available data. The spreadsheet will highlight buildings red if they have been identified as potentially at financial risk (based on whether 012 Bank Balance plus Total Investment Accounts is less than Creditors Balance Owed plus Insurance Outstanding). Additional columns are included so these can be factored into any decisions around cashflow.
This report should be used as a guide for further investigation in StrataMax and some values are based on calculations which is detailed in the tab called Important. This is not a replacement for detailed reporting involved in managing financials within StrataMax.

Debtor Performance
The Debtor Performance Report is emailed weekly to subscribed users, based on available data. This spreadsheet offers insights into levy arrears, including the percentage by Account Manager and an aging summary. It helps monitor the overall effectiveness of arrears management processes.
