StrataMax Contact Strategy
Areas throughout the system are undergoing enhancement to improve the way that records that contain contact details are used and managed throughout the system. The enhancements are designed to:
- Introduce additional validation that improves consistency and usability of the data
- Remove duplication
- Prevent changes in records becoming out sync.
At the core of the enhancements is the concept of a Contact that can be associated to records throughout the system. This will allow the same contact be linked to different areas, e.g. Roll or Office Bearers as well as allow multiple contacts to be linked to a single lot.
The following video outlines the new strategy and discusses the key milestones of the roll out.
We have also prepared a short video on how the new contact strategy has been implemented in Agents and Office Bearers. This give good context and also highlights the important aspects to be aware of at this stage of the project.
